Meeting Minutes September 15 2009

1. An informal meeting was held at Le Caveau Restaurant , Montreal on September 15, 2009 at 12:00 noon.
2. Chairman Charles Bedard welcomed all present and thanked them for taking the time to be present.
3. There were general discussions on various topics.
4. Dr. Kotaite addressed the Members on the general worldwide situation of Civil Aviation.
5. Dr. Kaul spoke on the activities of the International Foundation for Aviation & Development in India.
6. Mr. Lombolu spoke on Civil Aviation in Africa.
7. Mr. Mishra spoke on the same subject in reference to India.
8. Dr. Eduard Lombolou was honoured with the presentation of his Life Membership Certificate of the International Foundation for Aviation and Development..
9. In lieu of the long vacancy in the post of Vice Chairman, Chairman Charles Bedard appointed Mr. Peter Janssen as the new Vice Chairman, of the International Foundation for Aviation and Development – Canada.
10. The Meeting adjourned at 2:30 pm.
During the early evening a cocktail-reception was held hosted by the Chairman at his residence.
